The event had 123 competitors and the course put together by Jesse and the Snowbasin Crew flowed well for the Valley Team who shown brightly. We had Eight enter this event and the results were Jaremy- 4th place Men’s Open Snowboard, Marley- 3rd place Women’s Open Snowboarding, Baily Rhodes – 6th place Boys 10 – 11 Snowboarding, Hunter – 7th place Boys 12-15 Snowboarding, Marshal – 5th place Boys 11-15 Skiers, Ben – 3rd place Boys 11-15 Skiers, Alec 1st place Boys 11-15 Skiers, Shelby 1st place Women’s Open Skiers.

This was the 2nd week in a row we did well as Marley and Alec placed 1st and Shelby placed 2nd in Brighton last weekend at the Slug Magazine Junk Show Slope Style event. So far this month The 745FT members have made the podium 11 times and we have one more Slope Style event at Snowbird on Feb. 24. This could not have happened without support. Special thanks to our Coaches Weston, Jeff, Billy and Kent, Dave Jessup and the park crew at Powder Mountain, Cindy Beger, Brian and the whole Wolf Mountain crew, and especially to Snowbasin for not only a great and fun event but to Denzel and Jessie for opening the lift at the Half Pipe for our practice on Thursday. Most of all we thank Corey D. Anden MD, our only sponsor at this time and our team Doctor.
